These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yButler (the "Service"), operated by YauYau.AI Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YauYau.AI Limited.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any API keys configured within the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
4. Description of Services
yButler is a personal AI assistant platform providing task automation, scheduling, information retrieval, and data aggregation tools. The Service integrates with third-party AI providers and services at your direction. We do not develop, train, or operate any AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output generated through the Service.
5. Third-Party AI Services Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
The Service does NOT provide its own AI models. All AI capabilities are powered entirely by third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, and others) selected and configured by you, the user.
YauYau.AI Limited acts solely as an interface to connect you to these third-party AI services and has no control over their outputs, accuracy, availability, or behavior.
All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information.
YauYau.AI Limited expressly disclaims ALL liability for any errors, losses, damages, or consequences arising from AI-generated content, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses
- Data inaccuracies or misinformation
- Decisions made based on AI outputs
- Service interruptions or unavailability of third-party AI providers
- Any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content generated by AI models
You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for any purpose. Your use of third-party AI services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
6. Financial Data & Tools Disclaimer
THIS SERVICE IS A DATA TOOL ONLY
Any financial data, market information, stock analysis, or related content provided through the Service is for informational and data aggregation purposes only.
The Service does NOT constitute:
- Investment advice or recommendations
- Financial advice of any kind
- Trading recommendations or signals
- Solicitation to buy or sell any securities
YauYau.AI Limited is not a licensed financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. All investment decisions carry risk including potential loss of principal. You must consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.
We bear no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through use of information displayed by the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by YauYau.AI Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. User Data & Content
You retain all rights to the data and content you provide through the Service. You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content you submit. You agree not to use the Service to process, store, or transmit any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to AI model providers, financial data providers, messaging platforms, and OAuth providers) at your direction. ALL AI functionality is provided by third-party providers — YauYau.AI Limited does not develop, train, or operate any AI models. We act solely as a tool to connect you to your chosen providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, outputs, or practices of any third-party services, and bear no liability for any errors, losses, or damages caused by third-party service failures or inaccuracies.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YAUYAU.AI LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the application settings.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
